Sales Representative Position in Denver, CO

The core of this role is to acquire clients by converting leads into sales through the Employment Solutions Sales System. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone and knock on doors. Ideal candidates with thrive in an Outside Sales/Metric driven role. This position is based out of our Denver office. Previous staffing sales experience preferred.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Make in-person cold calls and phone calls to prospective and existing customers and clients.
- Acquire customers and job orders in accordance with Employment Solutions systems and procedures.
- Schedule and attend customer/client visits to establish and strengthen relationships, with the goal of customer acquisition and new job orders.
- Follow up with clients to verify status and satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.
- Develop relationships within each customer and understand the organizational structure leading to increased business opportunities.
- Maintain and provide open communication with recruiting staff through individual communications, daily meetings, and weekly meetings.
- Participate in ongoing company training as it relates to your role.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience with service-based company required
