We use our relationships with clients from a variety of industries to match job seekers with positions that match their interests and qualifications. In some cases, we can get you to work in less than 24 hours!
Our jobs pay $2 more per hour on average than the competition. We offer weekly pay; you’ll see your paycheck every Friday. We also offer an early check program, where you can receive your check on Tuesday for a small fee.
Employees will receive 40 hours of paid time off after 12 consecutive months of employment if they have worked 1500 hours during those months. This benefit will be paid to employees at their request after they have met the criteria.
We value your health. Employees are eligible to enroll for health insurance in the first 30 days after their date of hire with Employment Solutions (first day of assignment). If you wish to enroll in health benefits after 30 days have elapsed, you will be able to enroll during our yearly enrollment period. For under $20/week, we offer a Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan, which pays a flat amount for a covered event caused by an accident or illness. If the covered event costs more, you pay the difference. If it pays less, you keep the difference. Through Employment Solutions Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan, you also have access to dental and vision benefits as well as short-term disability coverage and term life insurance.
Alternatively, employees can sign up for the Major Medical CIGNA HSA plan. The cost is 9.5% of your monthly income, payable via payroll deduction on last week of the month for the following month’s premium. Coverage for employees’ spouses and children is optional.
Our employees aged 21 years and over are eligible for a 401K program after 12 consecutive months and 1000 hours of service during those months. After employees have met this requirement, they can then enroll in our 401K program at the earliest of two yearly dates, January 1 or July 1. Employment Solutions matches up to 4% of your contribution.

Referred associates must be on assignment at the time of the drawing for referrers to be eligible for entry into our monthly drawing and/or $50 gift card. $1,000 award is pre-tax. Normal tax deductions apply.
Current associates are rewarded for perfect attendance with our Attendance Bonus Program:
For each week that you show up on time to all your scheduled shifts, you will receive one entry into our monthly drawing for $1,000. That means you can earn up to 4 entries per month, just for being the awesome employee you are! Want to increase your chances of winning even more? Employees will receive 8 hours of pay for the 6 major holidays of the year after 12 consecutive months of employment if they have worked 1500 hours during those months. To receive this benefit, the employee must work their regularly scheduled shift the day before and after the holiday.
