Is Employment Solutions a temp agency?
Employment Solutions is not a temp agency. We are a full-service staffing and recruiting company. Most of our opportunities are temp-to-hire assignments. In a temp-to-hire job, you start as an Employment Solutions employee for a period where you and the company evaluate the fit. If there is mutual interest, the company will then hire you as their employee. We also have many direct-placement opportunities, where we place you directly as an employee of the client company.
What kind of jobs does Employment Solutions have to offer?

We have been providing high-quality employee to employer matches in the skilled manufacturing, light industrial, logistics, warehouse, labor, production, assembly, and general labor sectors since 1994. We now can connect you to technical engineering and professional jobs and occasionally have administrative and office openings, as well.
How do I get a job with Employment Solutions?
Search for jobs in your area right here by entering keywords, your nearest branch location, and/or employment type. Once you identify positions that are a good fit for your interests and experience, you may apply directly to the position/upload a resume, and your information will be routed to the staffing specialist responsible for filling that position. You may also contact your local Employment Solutions office to discuss upcoming openings in your area.
Is there a fee?
There is never a cost for our services to job seekers. We partner with hundreds of local hiring managers across a variety of industries. Our staff takes the time to get to know you and your goals to find the perfect fit for both employer and employee. We partner with some of the most sought-after places to work in the area and are paid by the companies where our employees are placed.
Should I apply for more than one position?
You may apply to as many positions as you feel you are qualified for and match your interests. Our staffing specialists work one-on-one with job seekers to find the right job for their experience and needs. We can’t guarantee a candidate will get the position, but we can ensure they get noticed by the right people at companies that are hiring.
How do I set up job alerts?
Job alerts send open positions matching your search criteria/preferences straight to your inbox, based job category and location. You can sign up for job alerts on any job description page.
What is the application and interview process?
We make the application process as quick and easy as possible. You can apply online for all posted positions online, or in person at your nearest Employment Solutions office. Once the application is complete, you will interview with a staffing specialist. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to go over what skills and experience you have and what you are looking for in your next position. We use deep relationships with companies from a variety of industries to match job seekers to positions they are qualified for. Once we find a position that is a good fit for you, we will make sure you are prepared to start by going over the contact information, directions, overview of the assignment and your responsibilities, and the appropriate orientation and training.
Do I need to pass a background check and drug screen before starting work?
Based on some of our client’s needs and requirements for a position, a criminal background check and drug screen may be required. All pre-employment background screenings are conducted by a third party to ensure privacy. All screenings are conducted in strict conformity with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state and federal anti-discrimination and privacy laws. All reports are kept strictly confidential and are only viewed by individuals at Employment Solutions who have direct responsibility in the hiring process. How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes daily. We usually are not able to hold jobs. Once our application process is complete, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences and skills. We have many positions that are available immediately and can get you working in less than 24 hours! However, our mission simply to find a job for you, but to pinpoint the perfect match. That process might happen the next day, or in a few weeks. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied in your next career opportunity. Our team will work with you individually to gain a thorough understanding of your needs, skills, qualifications, and personal and professional goals.
What happens if I am not selected for the position?
Not all positions will be the right fit for every candidate, and some companies only have a limited number of spots available. If you aren’t selected for a job, our staffing specialists will work with you to find other jobs that may be a better fit for your skills and needs. We have access to positions that otherwise may not be available and get your information in front of the right people. That means less time searching for work and sending resumes.
What if an assignment turns out not to be the right fit for me?
We realize that not every job is going to be the right fit, and sometimes you won’t know this until work has already started. If you are on an assignment and find it is not the right match or circumstances change, we ask that you please contact us immediately. You may be asked to report to work long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible and find you another opportunity. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from Employment Solutions. We provide personal support to make the process easier.
How old do I have to be to work with Employment Solutions?
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment. What kind of benefits do you offer?
What is a Global Cash Card?
You may choose to get paid via direct deposit or our payroll card, the Global Cash Card. First, activate your card by calling (866) 395-9200 and following the prompts. Once completed, you will be able to access your funds and view your account balance. Click here for our pay card quick reference guide.
When are time cards due?
We offer two options for submitting your time: Using our online system or by printed time sheet. Time cards are due Monday by midnight. They must be signed by both you and your supervisor. All time submitted by Monday at midnight will be paid on Friday. Any time submitted after Monday at midnight will be paid the following pay week.
How do I earn a referral bonus?
We reward referrals. Do you have a friend or family member looking for a new job? Refer them to Employment Solutions and you’ll both receive $50 after the applicant works 80 hours under our Referral Bonus Program. Plus, you’ll be entered into our monthly drawing for $1,000!
