Our Story:

This journey starts off like many good stories do: A problem, a cocktail napkin, and a solution. In 1994, the founders of Employment Solutions devised a staffing solution for a local box company, providing a high volume of reliable employees on a short-term basis. From that one resolution, Employment Solutions grew to providing thousands of hard-working candidates across Colorado and Ohio. We have been finding reliable, quality employees for the area’s top companies ever since. Employment Solutions has always been, and always will be, a locally owned and operated staffing and recruiting company. Our priority will always be to find the right jobs for the right people.

A lot has changed since 1994, but our approach remains the same. At Employment Solutions, we know that when companies listen to their customers, collaborate with them, and innovate together, everyone wins. It’s not just about finding a job; it’s about finding the right job the first time. We want to understand what your needs are and create a solution together. We listen to your career aspirations and personal goals and help solve challenges. You’ll notice a difference when you work with Employment Solutions. From the start, you’ll work one-on-one with a staffing specialist dedicated to your success. We return phone calls, follow up on emails, and offer support services before and after your first day and beyond.

What We Do:

We use deep relationships with companies across a variety of industries to match job seekers to positions they are interested in and qualified for in Colorado and Ohio. We do the hard work, so you don’t have to spend as much time searching for jobs and sending resumes. Employment Solutions has access to jobs that may not otherwise be posted and gets resumes in front of the right people at companies that are hiring. While we can’t guarantee candidates will land a position, we can make sure they get noticed and provide personal support every step of the way.

Our placements are made on a temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct-hire basis in four areas: Manufacturing/Warehouse, Skilled Trades, Administrative and Customer Service, and Technical/Professional. With our strong reputation in the industry, we’ve built great relationships with some of the best companies in the area and we connect daily with talented individuals in some of the most sought-after job positions. We care about our employees’ success and always work one-on-one with job seekers to find the right match for their skills and needs.
